Collected data: email, authentication metadata, structured interview transcript, and scoring outputs.

Purpose: applicant evaluation, abuse prevention, and calibration of the scoring system.

No payment or government identifiers are collected in Phase 1.

Interview transcripts are retained for up to 365 days unless legal or operational review requires longer retention.

Data Deletion Request Workflow

Authenticated users can submit a deletion request via API endpoint /api/account/data-deletion-request. Requests are logged for admin review and processed within 7 days.
